SOFTBANK To Lead $100 Million Private Placement Investment In
Optimark
Jersey City, NJ, July 2, 1999 - OptiMark Technologies, Inc. today
announced that it has reached an agreement under which SOFTBANK
Capital Partners LP will invest up to $100 million in the Company.
This private placement would represent SOFTBANK's initial investment
in OptiMark.
